If new world had itemization of diablo or poe (but I can see why not many go that way - I imagine that type of complex itemization is a balancing nightmare and would just eat up all the time from other core game features), it would be best game ever made, even with a trillion bugs. ![]() ![]() Destiny style progression is second in line in terms of a bad idea, but nowhere near as bad as MU. Why bother devising complex itemization systems with build variations when you can just slap a number to the item and call it better? And then make you work mindlessly for 500 hours to get that number from +11 to +12 (I only ever tried playing x1000 MU and even that felt way too slow and completely pointless). Looks more like MU online clone in terms of progression (and that’s literally the worst kind ever devised). Why do ppl keep comparing lost ark to diablo? From what I see it’s literally nothing like it. ![]()
